Creating Change: How to get out of rut and turn your dreams into
actions(tm)
Feeling dissatisfied with your professional or personal life? This comprehensive
course will help you: discover your purpose, identify
your dreams, become aware of personal roadblocks, manage procrastination, perfectionism, and fear, set effective goals, get motivated and
focused, and develop a personal action plan.
Sessions are interactive and
focus on practical tools and strategies. Designed for individuals committed
to living a more productive and fulfilling life. Former participants have gone
on to improve their financial situations, finish their degrees, find
relationships, start their own

Decluttering Your Life(tm)
Are you the master of your domain or has clutter taken you prisoner? This
workshop will help you identify the clutter in your life and how to
begin getting it under control.
Format: 1 session/2 hours

Clutter Boot Camp(tm)
Clutter Boot Camp is for individuals who are on the verge of becoming clutter POWs (or who already are!). Clutter Boot Camp consists of Basic
Training and a Clutter Jungle Session.
Part I: Basic Training(tm)
This workshop will provide you with tools and strategies to conquer common clutter problems. Topics include: the keys to conquering
clutter, paper and file management, understanding why you clutter, breaking cluttering habits, decluttering guidelines. Individual obstacles will
be addressed.
Format: 1 session/3 hours
Part II: Clutter Jungle Session(tm)
Working from your clutter jungle – your home, office, etc. – you will
implement the strategies and tools you learned in Basic Training to tackle
your clutter. Participation in a one-to-one or group teleconference call*
both at the
start and the end of this decluttering session will provide
you with support, encouragement, and accountability to help you clear your life of
clutter. Jungle Sessions are usually held the Saturday following Basic Training.
(*Long distance charges may
apply).
Format: 1 session/1¾ hours (approx.)

Finding Love and Romance Through Personality Type Dating©
Personality Type Dating will help you increase the chances
of that date turning into a mate. This workshop, based on personality theory,
will help you: a) understand your own personality and how it influences
what you look for in a partner, b) identify the personality types you are most
likely to have lasting compatibility with, and c) increase your chances of
finding love and romance by identifying where you are most likely to meet your
personality matches. Participants will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI®) as part of the workshop to identify their individual personality type.
This workshop is not currently being

GetAFabulousLife Accountability eGroup (online coaching and support
group)
Keep your New Year's resolutions! If you have a
specific goal to achieve, whether it be to stop smoking, find a romantic
relationship, declutter your home, create more balance, or lose weight, this is
the group for you.
One of the reasons coaching and groups like Weight
Watchers® are so successful is that there is someone to hold you accountable for
doing what you need to do to achieve your goal. When you join this online group,
you'll benefit from that accountability factor in a positive and supportive
environment. as well as receive coaching to help you identify and overcome the
obstacles that that are preventing you from reaching your goal.
This group meets online in real time (i.e.,
not
by email or lessons posted on a website for you to read), and is ideal if you have a hectic
schedule. travel a lot, or if you just prefer to get support and
coaching from the comfort of your home.

I Can't Believe I'm Getting Paid for This: Finding a Career
You Love(tm)
You spend about one-third of your life working – shouldn’t it be at something you
love? This workshop, based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, will
help you identify the careers that people with your personality type find the
most satisfying. Participants will take the MBTI as part of the workshop to
identify their individual personality type.
You will leave
with a report that includes:

This workshop focuses on journal writing as a tool for personal growth and
self-expression and is open to both beginning and experienced
journalers.
This 6-week
workshop will introduce different journaling techniques that can help

A workshop to help you heal your broken heart, increase your chances of
relationship success, and show you how to begin to love again.

Living The Four Agreements(tm)
Be Impeccable with Your Word, Don't Take Anything
Personally, Don't Make Assumptions, Always Do Your Best. These are the four
agreements put forth by Don Miguel Ruiz in his book,
The Four Agreements. Knowing the agreements is one thing: living them
is another. This workshop will help you integrate the agreements into your
daily life and understand the significance these four simple agreements have
for your relationships with others, as well as your relationship with
yourself.
