    Welcome! If you are ready to live a Fabulous Life, you’ve come to the right place.

    My own search for a richer, fuller life was the start of a personal growth journey that began in 1990, and continues. As I started taking control of creating the life I wanted, friends, acquaintances, and former colleagues approached me, confiding longtime desires they weren’t doing anything about, and looking for help in achieving their own goals. My desire to help others in a similar situation led to my current work as a personal and career coach, counsellor, and trainer.

    Since beginning my career as a coach and trainer in 1992, hundreds of individuals have sought me out to help them achieve their dreams and goals. No matter what they felt was missing in their lives, they shared the same desire – to live a Fabulous life.

    If you're feeling dissatisfied, if your life falls short of being Fabulous, then something is probably missing in your life, too.

What does a Fabulous Life look like?

There are three key characteristics to a Fabulous Life:

A Fabulous Life is Fulfilling, Authentic, and Balanced.

A Fabulous Life is Fulfilling. A Fulfilling life comes from knowing that you are living your purpose – that you are doing the work that you were put on this earth to do. That work may range from being an artist, to a CEO, to a stay-at-home mom or dad.

A Fabulous Life is Authentic. Living an Authentic life means you are being Real. You are honest with yourself and others about who you are and what you need and want. A prerequisite for living an Authentic life is Acceptance of Self.

A Fabulous Life is Balanced. A Balanced life is one that is well-rounded. Your life is Balanced if you are satisfied with all areas of your life, for example, your relationships, finances, amd career.
